Welcome to my fourth free sound collection for the Korg Modwave. This free download includes patches for the Korg Modwave, Korg Modwave Native, and Korg Modwave mk2, inspired by the 1990 Korg Wavestation.

Many of the waveforms and samples from the Korg Wavestation are present in the Korg Modwave. I’ve recreated some of my favorite patches for the Modwave. While the Korg Wavestate is the natural successor to the Wavestation, the Korg Modwave can still reproduce the vector and layering features of the original Wavestation.

The download consists of 82 Programs and Performances that will transport you back to the digital days of the early ’90s. Included are famous sounds used by groups like Genesis and faithful reproductions of classic presets. All sounds were meticulously crafted by ear using the same waveforms as the original.

To use my collections with the Korg Modwave, simply download the zip file, unpack it, and then use the Modwave Librarian software or Modwave Native to import the bundle. This will import all the Programs and Performances seamlessly.
