PowerDVD Mobile is Cyberlink’s mobile media app, it will play most video formats including MKV, MPEG 2 and Windows Media Center files. The app has just updated and includes some interesting new features. The new version adds official support for Windows 8.1, adds support for a wide range of subtitles, DLNA Digital Media Controller, live tile support and lots more.
