With regards to the 4 tuners on one card:
The Blackgold BGT3595 TV card can do 2xDVB-S2 and 2xDVB-T streams (mine works great).
Obviously, you’d need something like the BGT3620 if you want 2xDVB-T2 for Freeview HD.
I’ve got a BGT3595 too – fantastic card if you want freeview and freesat – 4 tuners in one card. Fantastic.
