SecondRun.tv 2.0 has been updated to version 1.0.1211.1. The new version fixes some bugs and adds some new featured. You can download the app from Secondrun.tv

Added scrollbars if necessary to the Channel Builder interface for users with resolutions that didn’t allow the whole interface to showup on their screen.

Fixed the date formatting issue… you no longer need to specify a date format for your guide processor… it will automatically use a universal date now.

Added a new entry point for the Media Center plug-in… it should now show up in the Extra’s Library in Windows 7 and in Vista.

Added some more detailed error reporting for when the media center app doesn’t find guide data… now it is easier to track down the problem.

Added an interface to lookup the show ID for a TV show on thetvdb.com database and save it to your show data… you can then optionally have the show description, fan art, and poster downloaded and cached for you TV shows (note that this requires updating your show entries in the guide builder!)

Added a new Show Page that allows you to press “0” on the remote or keyboard on any show in your guide listing and go to a page for the show that lists all the items in that shows feed… for example if you are looking at an episode of Fringe in the guide and you want to go back to catch up on a previous episode you just press 0 and you will get access to all the shows in the feed. This feature also utilizes the show fan art that is downloaded in the new thetvdb.com show ID tagging feature.

Added a new show type (this is still kind of in beta) called a Media Finder… this will allow you to enter the URL of a web page and it will look for media elements (actual media files like MP4, WMV, MPEG, etc) and list all the elements it finds in a guide listing. This feature can come in handy if you want to add items to your guide that don’t have a feed but do have a list of links to media files.
