I thought I would post a couple of screenshots from the new Zune 4.0 software that launched today. There is also an update to the Zune firmware to 3.2 from 3.1 but I haven’t seen any differences on the device yet.
The 4.0 software is geared towards the Zune HD launch and there don’t seem to be that many major changes but there is nice mini player and a QuickPlay section. The UI seems have a bit of polish but the biggest problem for me is I can no longer sign in via the desktop software even with my US based Zune account

Is your lack of sign-in due to market-place not being available? I logged in with no problem.
Really loving the 4.0 software….Smart DJ is a cool feature, but the mini player is my favourite
