Microsoft have released a Windows 10 update for Windows Insiders on the beta and release preview channels. KB4586781 takes the build number to 19042.630 and has an security fixes and a update to time zones.
This update will probably go out to regular Windows users next month as part of the monthly patch Tuesday release.
