Today during Microsoft’s Build keynote Mirosoft updated us on the number of active Windows 10 devices. There are now 500,000,000 active devices running Windows 10 which is up from 400,000,000 last September. The number includes Windows PCs, Xbox One consiles, IoT devices, Hololens and phones (with its ever descrising market share). With the increasing enphisis on Windows PC development hopefully this encourage developers to target the Windows 10.
Also announced during the keynote was that Cortana is in use by 140 million users and there are a 100 million commercial Office 365 monthly active users.
