The Microsoft Band is a handy device to use as a remote trigger for the Windows Phone Camera. The app that enables this is called Band Camera Control and until the latest update you had to use Cortana but with latest update you can now use a tile on the Microsoft Band to trigger the camera. You just tap the tile and it will take a photo on the phone. The app costs 79p from the Windows Phone Store.
