A couple of months ago Google added a nice feature to Google Play Movies for US users, when you pause playback of an movie or TV show it would popup and give you information on the actors on screen. Google have now added that feature to the Android Google Play Movies app for UK users.
When you pause playback it highlights the actor on screen and gives you information about the actor, which films they are in and links to the their other movies in the store. It’s very Google Now like and will save you wondering “Where have I seen that guy before?” when watching a movie.
