Cyberlink will likely be releasing version 11 of PowerDVD sometime around march. In an additional briefing here at CES I was told a forthcoming update to v11 probably in quarter 2 will enable 2d to 3d conversion of 2d blurays.

As you may know v10 already allows this form of upscaling for DVDs and the bluray conversion in v11 works in a very similar way.

The demonstration on an intel sandy bridge i7 based motherboard was peaking at 10 percent CPU which is impressive as this form of transcoding is very challenging.

It is interesting to note that PowerDVD was supporting HDMI 1.4 for 3D on the sandy bridge chipset. They already support NVidia and AMD boards.

No pricing is yet available

in our briefing we were also shown the PowerDVD Android remote app which looked very nice.
