CNM Ministor Intel Atom Barebone - Includes Atom230 CPU onboard VGA/Sound for less than 120 pound

This looks like it might make a good low cost media center - some obvious restrictions but with Windows 7 I have successfully run Media Center on a Vaio P which has a very similar spec.

Although lacking in storage it would also make a good baseline home server.

EDIT: Discovered it has two SATA bays so forget what I said about lacking in storage

Any idea what the power consumption is?  I'm thinking this box could make a good home server.
