It’s patch Tuesday once again and Microsoft have updated the 1903 and 1909 version of Windows 10. KB4532693 takes the build numbers to 18362.657 for 1903 and 18363.657 for the 1909 version of Windows 10. Both versions of the OS share the same code base hence the same patch.
The update includes security improvements and upgrade improvements:
Improves the installation experience when updating to Windows 10, version 1903.
Updates to improve security when using Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge.
Updates to improve security when using Microsoft Office products.
Updates to improve security when using input devices such as a mouse, keyboard, or stylus.
