It’s coming up to the 30th anniversary of the the BBC Micro and the Computer Literacy Project that kicked off a generation of programmers and enthusiast and a celebration event been planned for Sunday 25th March 2012  at ARM HQ in Cambridge .

Guest include many of the founders of Acorn including Sophie Wilson, Steve Furber, Chris Curry and Hermann Hauser (names that will be famier to any one that has been BBC’s Micro Men) and original BBC presenter Chris Serle. Plus there is going to be live music, hands on sessions and talks.  It sounds like it should be a great event and you can get tickets from their Website from today (9th) at 7pm
