My Movies for Windows Home Server 2011 has hit the pre-release stage and can be downloaded from MyMovies.dk, the new version works as a backend for My Movies 4.00 Pre Release 5 and brings My Movies for Windows Home Server up to the My Movies 4 design. So if you want to give the new version at try you will need at lease 2500 points to be able to used the My Movies client pre-release (you can read our review of My Movies 4.0 here)

My Movies for Windows Home Server 2011 operates as database back-end for My Movies clients in multi-zone environments. My Movies for Windows Home Server 2011 – 2.00 Pre Release 1 operates as back-end server for My Movies 4.00 Pre Release 5.

The My Movies for Windows Media Center or My Movies Collection Management products can be downloaded and installed on client PC’s to maintain movies in the database on My Movies for Windows Home Sever 2011.

Click on the 'Disc Copier' on the left side. The 'Disc Copier' copies DVD and Blu-ray dics to your server. 1. If you would like to use the disc copier, click 'Start' to start the service. 2. My Movies only copies unprotected discs. Install AnyDVD if you want to copy protected discs. Notice! Disc copying and/or installation of AnyDVD is illegal in some countries, and legal in others. You are yourself responsible for complying with local law when using disc copy functions.
