In this video, I unbox, set up, and demonstrate the new Twinkly Candies smart decorative lights. There are 200 star-shaped lights that are portable and lightweight. You can control them through the Twinkly app and link them with smart home controllers like Amazon Alexa and Google Home.
As shown in the video, they are easy to set up and customize the mapping with your phone to create advanced effects. I unbox the lights in the video and then connect them to my network using my Wi-Fi. Afterward, I go through the mapping process using the Twinkly app and customize the setup. I also try out some effects and sync them up with music.
Priced at £49 (available from Twinkly), these lights are both fun and easy to set up. The next step will be to incorporate them into my festive lights later this year.
