Microsoft have released a fix for an issue with some built in Windows apps not opening in Windows 11. KB5008295 fixes an issue with an expired Microsoft digital certificate that could affect apps like the Snipping Tool, Touch keyboard, Voice Typing, Emoji panel, IME and Getting started.
