Microsoft will announce its plans for Windows at an online event June 24th. The event will be 11am EST /4pm UK and should show us the new features coming to Windows later this year. On its announcement page Microsoft say, “Join us to see what’s next for Windows” and don’t specifically mention Windows 10 so its possible the 10 could be dropped and it will be just called Windows or we could see something new like Windows 11.
The update to Windows is set to introduce a refreshed look of Windows with some of the UI elements of the discontinued Windows 10X system making there way to the desktop OS.
