Good news for Windows Insiders wanting to test with a clean install of Windows 10. Microsoft have updated the ISO files for Insiders. For Insiders wanting to test with the dev channel there is build 20201 which was released to the dev channel yesterday. For Insiders testing 20H2 on the Beta channel there is build 19042.
