Microsoft have patch a SMBv3 vulnerability in Windows 10 1909 and 1903, along with Windows Server 1903 and 1909. The patch is rolling out via Windows Update as KB4551762 and is available for 32bit, 64bit and ARM64 systems.
The update missed out from being included in this month’s security rollout so Microsoft have pushed it as an out band update due to the security risk.
