Microsoft have released a new Windows 10 for Windows Insiders on fast ring. The new build 17134 and will probably be the build that gets pushed out to Windows users soon. The previous build of 17133 was scheduled to be the build released to Windows users but was held back at the last minute due to an undisclosed bug causing crashes (BSOD).
This build does not have any new features but it does include the latest cumulative update to Redstone 4.
