Microsoft have released another Surface Pro 3 firmware update just a couple of weeks after the last one. Prior to the July update the last firmware was January so it’s interesting to see two updates in a short space of time. Surface Pro 3 owners hit by the battery life issues will be hoping it is a fix for the major battery issues but I don’t think this is. Microsoft has said there will be a software fix but I have to say I am sceptical but hope to be proved wrong.
