No new mobile build of Windows 10 today but 14342.1004 has been released to the slow ring for Windows Insiders. This release has been proved to be pretty stable once the battery drain issues where fixed with the 1004 release.
The main change with this release is swipe navigation in Microsoft Edge and bug fixes, see my post for details. I wonder if my podcast co-host Jason will give this build a try.
