Yesterday Dropbox updated where Windows 10 for mobile and PC adding a new video casting feature. With the app you can play a video in your Dropbox collection without having to download it first and then pick a DLNA or Miracast target on your network. I tested it and it works really well, you can stream cloud stored videos as well as files that have been downloaded locally.
The app is free and available from the Windows Store.
