This week Microsoft released a new build of Windows 10 (build 10565) which included the new Skype Phone, Skype Video and Messaging apps. The apps came with the build but it looks like you can install the Skype Video and Messaging apps on the RTM version of Windows 10 (or any build it seems). Whether this is intentional I don’t know.

The apps aren’t listed in the store but you can install them directly from this link. Apart from the Phone app not being available they seem to work the same as they do in the 10565 build.
