Very quick post from me as I’m short on time but last night my Lumina 920 which is locked to T-Mobile, part of Everything Everywhere, was prompted to download and install the Windows Phone 8.1 and Lumia Cyan update. The official Nokia page still shows this as “Under testing” but this would indicate the update has started rolling out.
Note that I reset this phone when my wife took it over, after I purchased my Lumia 930, and is no longer on the developer preview so this was an official update.
