One of the features that really made a difference between Windows Phone 8 and Windows Phone 8.1 was Notification Center, it’s simple design keep all your notification together and I no longer miss alerts on my phone. One of my wishes for Windows 9 was to have Windows Phone’s Notification Center ported across to the new OS and according to another leaked Windows 9 video that is pretty much what is in the OS.
The video shows the Notification Center in the Windows notification tray and seems to capture the Windows popup notifications, you can clear away a notification or clear all of them. From the look of the video I don’t think you can respond to messages from the Notification Center but you may be to do so by the time the OS ships.
