There is a new version of OpenELEC the embedded version of XMBC available for testing. Beta 4 of OpenELEC includes XBMC Gotham (13) Beta 4 which is the latest build of XBMC (which is not the final beta 4 of XBMC just to make it confusing). The kernel is updated to linux-3.14 which fixes issues with AMD GPU hardware and adds new drivers.

This build is designed for testing purposes and not a finished item. You can get the download and full release notes from the OpenELEC site.
