Today Microsoft have updated the Xbox Video app for Windows 8. I had to double check the release notes as Microsoft do have a habit of leaving the notes from the previous release, but this time the notes are correct the app has been updated. Microsoft say in this release its simpler to buy films and TV shows and you can redeem Microsoft gift cards in the apps. Also included in the app are “minor fixes and improvements”.
