The Windows Store version of OneNote has been updated today and now includes new drawing features which work on touch screens with no pen needed. The updated add a touch pen UI to the radial menu and you can pick from a range of pens and colours. I gave it a test on my Surface RT and it works pretty well but I am not so sure about my art skills.

The app is free and works with Windows 8 and Windows RT is available from the Windows Store and there are more details on the Office Blog.
