Channel Five have updated the Demand 5 iOS. The update adds support for the iPhone 5’s bigger screen and implements a new DRM system. Channel 5 say the new Digital Rights Management system is a requirement by “larger studios and production companies” so they can bring you more shows. I am sure DRM was built into the app already so I wonder what prompted the additional security?
