Recently Sky announced that they were opening up the Sky Anytime+ service to non Sky Broadband subscribers. Previously the services was only available to Sky Broadband customers but now you should be able to use it with any ISP.

There has been no official announcement from Sky yet but if you go the Anytime+ activation page you can register for the service and then connect up your Sky box to your router. I have registered and will get it connected up tonight, but I expect my poor broadband speed will limit my use of the service.
