Plex recently upgraded their Media Server app to support DLNA and Silverlight smooth streaming and now they have released the Windows Phone client they have been taking about.
In a post on the Plex blog they talk about developing for Windows Phone and some of the features off the new client.
At the time of writing I couldn’t see the app in the Windows Phone Marketplace but it should be there soon. If your going to give it a try make sure you have the latest version of the server installed.

Hey, Plex for Windows Phone 7 is now available in the App Store! (Well, it should be shortly, it says it’s live but apparently it takes a little while to actually show up.) Make sure you’re running the new 0.9.6 beta of the Plex Media Server, which includes Silverlight Smooth Streaming support.
