If you have a PS3 Bluetooth remote you can use it with Windows Media Center via a handy 3rd party application. You pair up the Remote with your PC and install the server application on the PC, you can then control Media Center from the remote.

Functionality:
Works on both 32-Bit (x86) and 64-Bit (x64) Windows operating systems. (.NET 2.0 required)
Triple-tap support. User can toggle this on & off.
Runs in the tray (no windows apart from when you open the configuration section).
Configuration section – available from the tray menu!
Shows you battery level when you hover over system tray icon.
System tray icon is grey when disconnected and blue when connected.
Remote hibernation to save on battery life (still in testing).
Current Limitations:
The user has the pair the remote manually outside of the program.
