Not to be confused with TunerFreeMCE, TunerFree PVR is an HTML application for XP Media Center that also works with Vista Media Center and Windows 7. It streams live TV from tvcatchup.com which is a free UK TV streaming application (registration required). I hadn’t heard of the application and to be honest I hadn’t heard of tvcatchup.com.
Once the application is installed you can watch most of the Freeview channels, with it being flash based I don’t think this will work on an Extender and the HTML application feels a bit old school compared to TunerFreeMCE which is a native Media Center application but its nice to have an alternative and great for XP Media Center users

I’ve heard of CatchupTV.com and TunerFree PVR before. TVCatchup has additional channels over TunerFree MCE, Dave, Fiver, Five US, Film 4.
