Vidabox also answered some questions I raised in the review:
– The instructions are really more complicated than it needs to be – the keyboard and receiver fob are actually pre-synchronized out of the box.
– There really needs to be no direct-line of sight – we state that just in case there is some metallic surfaces in the way (which is usually rare in homes) that cause interference. We’ve had many customers use it with multiple rooms with cloned video outputs on their VidaBox setup.
– Trick/tip: to emulate the green button on any keyboard – press (Windows key+ALT+ENTER) at the same time, and media center will launch!
