MCE-IPTV to bring IP TV services to Windows Media Center

The iPlayer addin for Windows Media Center is a great way to watch BBC content in Windows Media Center, it’s been around for a while now and the developer ddfczm is working on a new version of the addin now renamed MCE-IPTV. The developer says that is now easier to create plugins so new services can be added including seesaw and 4OD

The addin is still in development and via the Australian Media Center community the developer is looking for feedback and suggestions for the new version.

I’m going to do a few updates on the iPlayer plugin over the next few weeks / months (http://code.google.c…mce-media-core/). I have two requests for information first though.
1) Is anyone still using it? Done want to waste my time :P .
2) And if so please go influence what goes into the update by adding your ideas and voting on other ideas here: http://mceiptv.uservoice.com.
I have re-written the code from scratch to make it a bit easier to make plugins, so given i can find some time i would also like to make plugins for some other services. However, most services aren’t as nice as iPlayer when it comes to WMV/MP4 streams so most of them would probably be flash hosted in the MCE browser (lame). So also post your suggestions for new plugins too. Because of this i am going to rename the project MCE-IPTV.
