Microsoft have started rolling out a new version of Notepad for Windows 11. The updated app which is now available for Windows Insiders on the dev channel has a number of visual changes, it has rounded corners and the Windows 11 look and feel. As well as the visual changes there multi-level undo, support for dark mode and a updated find and replace experience.
Microsoft must tread a fine line when updating Notepad as its an app many Windows users depend on.
