The 20H1 update of Windows 10 (probably to be called the April 2020 Update) has just received an update. The update for Windows Insiders on the slow ring takes the build of Windows 10 to 19041.84 and installs via a quick reboot.
The update includes quality and security fixes as well as fixing an issue stopping a machine from booting:

We have fixed an issue where in certain cases, after Windows runs a scheduled task during a maintenance window, a PC may get into an unbootable state after installing Build 19041.21 (KB4535550).

This update is refusing to install with the error code 0x80070308
Have tried several approaches (e.g. Dism cleanup etc) without success.
