Microsoft have released another cumulative update to the Windows 10 May 2019 Update for Windows Insiders. The update is KB4505057 and takes the build to 18362.116 from 18362.113.

Microsoft are preparing to release the May 2019 update to general Windows user later this month and the cumulative updates include fix to a HTTPS error that was causing problems with UK goverment web sites using HTTPS:

Addresses an issue that may prevent access to some gov.uk websites that don’t support HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) when using Internet Explorer 11 or Microsoft Edge.

Addresses an issue in which installation may fail with the error, “0x800f081f – CBS_E_SOURCE_MISSING.”

There is still a known issue with the update:

After installing this update, users may experience error “0x800705b4” when launching Windows Defender Application Guard or Windows Sandbox.
