The Windows 10 May 2019 Update (19H1) update is complete and will start rolling out next month. Today Microsoft have pushed build 18362 to the Release Preview ring so Windows Insiders can test the update. 18362 was released to fast ring and a slow ring at the end of last month..
Microsoft skipped the Release Preview ring with the October 2018 which turned out to be a mistake as there was a file deletion bug during the update which could have been captured by Windows Insiders had they used release preview.
