Microsoft have updated the ISO of Windows 10 19H1 for Windows Insiders. The build is 18290 which was released at the end of November to the fast ring. This isn’t a slow ring build, we still having had a slow ring release for 19H1 and normally Microsoft only put out ISOs of slow ring builds but they wanted to get an ISO build out for Insiders needing to perform a clean install (the old ISO was time bombed).
