The HoloLens team has again updated the Redstone 4 Preview for HoloLens. The latest build is 17134.1011 and while it doesn’t contain any new features it does have bug fixes and “fine-tuning”. The HoloLens team has made a great deal of progress with Redstone 4, early builds had a lot of bugs but recent build have been very stable.
The update will come down via Windows Update on HoloLens.

This build is delivered over the air (OTA) through Windows Update after you’ve manually installed the HoloLens RS4 Preview using the instructions at the top of this page.
