Microsoft have released a new Redstone 4 preview build for HoloLens. The new build 17134 taking it to the same build as the Windows 10 PC Fast Ring version. The new build fixes issues with immersive (exclusive) apps, fixes issues with interaction, Cortana and UWP app input issues.
Redstone 4 is a major step forward for HoloLens but I have found some stability issues with the preview. Here are the changes:

This build is delivered over the air (OTA) through Windows Update after you’ve manually installed the HoloLens RS4 Preview using the instructions at the top of this page.

Interactions while moving slates and blooming.
Cortana/Skype integration.
Speech in OOBE stability.
UWP app reliability with mouse/gamepad integration.
