Microsoft pushed out a cumulative update for Redstone 4 while remaining quiet on a public release

Today was the day that Microsoft were due to announce the release of Windows 10 Redstone 4 / Spring Creators Update but so far Microsoft have been silent. A couple of sources are saying the update has been delayed but there is no word yet from Microsoft. What has been released is KB4100375 a cumulative update for Windows 10 Version Next which takes the build to 17133.73.

The update includes a PDF fix for Microsoft Edge and some security updates.

  • Addresses a PDF security issue in Microsoft Edge.
  • Addresses an issue that, in some instances, prevents Internet Explorer from identifying custom controls.
  • Security updates to Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft scripting engine, Windows kernel, Microsoft graphics component, Windows Server, Windows cryptography, and Windows datacenter networking

The updates requires a reboot after installing.
