Despite months of test by Windows Insiders, we still do not officially have a name for the Redstone 4 update. It is likely to be called the Spring Creators Update and we now know that it’s due in April. Microsoft have update a table on MSDN showing the release date of the 1803 update:

The table shows Redstone 4 with a release date of April 2018 with the build number of 17115. I suspect 17115 won’t be the final build that rolls out to Windows users, there will probably be at least one more build before the update is released. We will know when a new build hits the Windows 10 Release Preview ring.

The table also shows the end of support for the April update as October 2019.
