Microsoft Edge for Android adds password syncing with Windows 10

Microsoft have updated Microsoft Edge for Android adding a new password sync feature. With the update passwords stored in Windows 10 are synced with Microsoft Edge on Android so you don’t have to manually enter password on the phone. This is the kind of thing that improves the experiences for Window users and why it makes sense for Microsoft to develop Edge for Android.

Also included in the update is a new Windows 10 like dark theme.

You can find the app in the Google Play Store.

What’s New

Thanks for trying out Microsoft Edge preview and for all the feedback. Two new features are included in this update:

•Password syncing: Your passwords in Microsoft Edge are synced across your devices, so no matter the device, you can always get the passwords you saved.

•Dark theme: Just like in Windows 10, personalize Microsoft Edge by switching to the beautiful new dark theme – perfect for low-light conditions such as working at night.
