With Microsoft Edge for iOS and Android you will get your favourites, reading lists, tabs and reading view across your phone and PC. So you can jump between mobile and PC and continue where you left off. I suspect they will be wrappers for the phones internal OS browser, we find out more once we get are hands on it.
Initially the launch will be US only with other regions coming soon, more details here.
Microsoft are also releasing Microsoft Launcher for Android (a rebranding of Arrow Launcher) which has a fluent design and Continue on PC feature.
Microsoft have given up having its own mobile platform (for now) and continues to push its service onto iOS and Android. You can try the app here.
