I just received a firmware update for my Surface Pro 4 and the main change is a new power option. With the Windows 10 Creators Update Microsoft introduced a new power slider option and now you can use this sliders with the Surface Pro 4.
You can push the slider up from the best battery settings up to best performance giving you control over the power settings. The updated driver prompted for a reboot after installing (the slider seemed to work without restarting) and there also seemed to be an update controller firmware that installed at the same time.
