With Redstone 3 Microsoft are introducing a new design language into Windows 10 called Project NEON. Project NEON is a subtitle change to Windows 10 that has translucency and highlights to the OS that is a lot more pleasing on the eye than the slightly lifeless flat design on the current OS. While the changes are part of the OS it the Microsoft apps that currently use the new style with the People, Movies & TV, Groove, Maps and Photos app all use Project NEON styling.
In this video I take a look at Project NEON and try out the redesigned apps. We will probably find out more about Project NEON at Microsoft’s Build event next week. Checkout my YouTube channel for more Windows 10 videos.
