No pen is included but it does work with the current range of pens. It ships with Windows 10 S (there is a free upgrade to Windows 10 Pro available) and a year’s Office 365 Personal is included.
You can’t pick the colour like you can in the US and the devices will be released in June for the i5 models and August for i7.
